Your Role as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant:
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students in core subjects such as English, Maths, Science, and Humanities.
- Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping students overcome academic and emotional barriers.
- Assisting with classroom management, behaviour support, and lesson preparation.
- Helping students stay focused, motivated, and confident in their learning.
- Promoting a respectful, inclusive, and engaging school culture.

- A graduate with a 2:1 or above in a relevant subject such as Psychology, Education or Core Subjects.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a full-time role from September 2025 to July 2026.
