Are you a graduate with experience in Autism, SEN, ADHD, Speech & Language, or Learning Difficulties?
A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in East London (E1) is looking for a confident, compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain specialist, hands-on SEN experience in a supportive school with an excellent SEN team.
The Role
• Provide dedicated 1:1 autism support
• Support emotional regulation & structured learning
• Implement EHCP targets and tailored strategies
• Work closely with teachers and the SENCO
• Help build confidence, independence and engagement
This is a rewarding, relationship-focused role where you will see real progress.
We’re Looking For:
- A degree (essential) – Psychology, Sociology, Education or related
- Experience supporting young people with Autism/SEN
- A calm, proactive and patient approach
- A genuine interest in careers such as Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language or Teaching
- Right to work in the UK (essential)
