The Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students in and outside the classroom
• Work closely with pupils with additional learning needs
• Help raise student confidence, engagement, and attainment
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions
• Build valuable experience within an educational setting

This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience before progressing into teaching, psychology, or other child-focused professions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting young people
• Patient, proactive, and adaptable attitude
• Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
