Your Responsibilities
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students
- Assist pupils with additional learning needs and SEND requirements
- Support classroom learning and intervention programmes
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Help students develop confidence, resilience, and independence
- Work closely with teaching staff to implement support plans
- Contribute to the school's inclusive learning environment
Who We're Looking For
The ideal Graduate Learning Support Assistant will have:
- A 2:1 degree or above in any subject
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
- A desire to pursue a career within education, psychology, therapy, or SEN support
- The ability to build strong and positive relationships
Previous school experience is welcomed but not essential.
