Are you a Graduate with a 2:1 or above looking to gain valuable experience working with children?

We are recruiting for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Liverpool, L8.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving graduate looking to build experience within primary education and develop a career in teaching, education or SEN.

The role:

• Supporting pupils across the primary school

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support

• Supporting pupils with their academic development

• Assisting with phonics, reading, writing and numeracy

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs

• Helping children develop confidence, independence and engagement

• Working closely with class teachers and the SEN team

• Supporting classroom activities and behaviour

The ideal candidate:

• Degree in any relevant subject

• 2:1 degree classification or above – essential

• Passionate about working with children

• Confident, patient and approachable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interested in pursuing a career in teaching, education or SEN

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential

DBS required – applicants without a DBS can be supported through the process.
