The Role – Graduate Maths Academic Mentor
As a Graduate Maths Academic Mentor, you will play a key role in elevating student achievement at both GCSE and A-Level. You will support learners in mastering mathematical concepts, building confidence, and reaching their full potential through:
- Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group sessions focused on key topics and skills.
- Supporting classroom teaching in collaboration with experienced Maths teachers.
- Leading intervention programmes for students who need additional guidance or who are aiming for top grades.
- Helping students refine their exam strategies and problem-solving techniques.
- Gaining invaluable experience within a school setting – ideal preparation for teacher training or further study in education.
