The Role

This position offers immersive classroom experience and a realistic insight into the education sector.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students in Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group intervention sessions.
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Helping to raise attainment and improve pupil confidence in Mathematics.
• Observing experienced teachers to develop your own pedagogical understanding.

You will gain day-to-day experience of classroom management, lesson delivery, assessment processes, and pastoral support, all of which are essential foundations for a successful teaching career.

The Ideal Candidate
