- Working closely with experienced teachers to develop your subject pedagogy and teaching practice.
- Preparing for potential progression into a formal teacher training programme in September 2027.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are particularly interested in academically strong graduates who have a genuine enthusiasm for Physics and a desire to inspire young people.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a degree in Physics, Astrophysics, Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ideally have achieved a 2:1 or First-Class Honours degree.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Science education.
- Be confident communicating complex scientific concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
- Possess strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be enthusiastic, resilient and willing to learn from experienced educators.
- Have a genuine ambition to become a qualified Physics Teacher.
