Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – The Role:
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Earn up to £550 per week
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children with their reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
- Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons.
- Support children’s social and emotional development, helping them grow in confidence.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported.
- Gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and rewarding primary school setting.
- Full-time, long-term Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role
Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Candidate Requirements:
- Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, English, or related fields preferred).
- Has a genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has experience working with young people, such as tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or volunteering (desirable but not essential).
- Is eager to gain classroom experience before progressing onto teacher training.
