Role Overview – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

• Long-term, full-time role in a Manchester primary school
• Competitive weekly pay – up to £550 per week
• Sociable working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm
• Support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Assist with literacy, numeracy, and phonics activities
• Provide 1:1 or small group support, including SEND interventions

Who They’re Looking For – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

• A graduate with a 2:1 degree or above, ideally in a core subject or relevant field such as Education, Psychology, or Childhood Studies
• A caring and patient individual who enjoys working with children
• Some experience with young learners is desirable, but not essential
• Someone who works well in a team and adapts their approach to suit different needs
• A confident communicator with a positive attitude toward learning and development
