The Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate TA, you’ll be a vital part of the support team, helping to create a positive learning environment across the school. Key duties include:
- Delivering one-to-one and small-group support in core subjects (literacy and numeracy).
- Assisting classroom teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Supporting children with SEN, EAL, and from a range of cultural backgrounds.
- Helping to foster student engagement and self-confidence across Key Stage 1 or 2.
- Encouraging learning through play, structured activities, and positive reinforcement.
