A nurturing and inclusive primary school in Birmingham is seeking a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This is an ideal role for a graduate who is enthusiastic, patient, and excited to help children thrive academically and socially.

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support in phonics, numeracy, and literacy
- Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Helping to monitor student progress and well-being
- Creating a nurturing and positive classroom atmosphere
- Encouraging play-based learning, creativity, and curiosity
- Supporting with school events, activities, and interventions
Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
- A 2:1 or above in a relevant degree (Education, Psychology, English, etc.)
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them learn
- Previous experience working with young people is a bonus
- Strong communication, patience, and empathy
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- Ambition to pursue a career in primary teaching or child development
