About the Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant | Westminster
As part of the team, you’ll work closely with experienced teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing a mix of classroom support and targeted interventions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting classroom learning and keeping pupils engaged.
- Delivering 1:1 and small-group sessions to boost progress.
- Assisting with lesson preparation and maintaining an organised, stimulating environment.
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping children grow in confidence and independence.
- Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN, EAL, etc.), ensuring every child can access learning.
