Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant: Your Role

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, your day-to-day role will include:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to provide extra encouragement and support
• Bring energy and creativity into classroom activities, making learning fun and memorable
• Help children with early literacy and numeracy, giving them the confidence to shine
• Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and teamwork both inside and outside the classroom

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification

KPi Education are on the hunt for a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant who:

• Has Graduated with a 2:1 or 1^st degree in English, Psychology, STEM, Education or related degree from a top-30 or Russell Group University
• Passionate about supporting children in their learning and development
• Caring, patient, and adaptable, with a nurturing approach
• Previous experience working with pupils such as tutoring, mentoring, peer support
• A positive role model, ready to inspire children through kindness and enthusiasm
