About the Role:
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support class teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, including those with additional learning needs.
- Assist with classroom organisation, lesson planning, and resource preparation.
- Take an active role in extracurricular activities, clubs, and school events.
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team to help all pupils succeed.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A graduate (2:1 or above) in any subject.
- Passionate about working with children and pursuing a career in teaching.
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, reliable, and punctual team player.
- Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable, but not essential.
