• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
• Working alongside experienced teachers, SENCOs and skilled TAs

• Supporting pupils academically, socially and emotionally
• Implementing strategies to overcome barriers to learning
• Gaining invaluable classroom experience in an Outstanding setting
• You won’t just observe — you’ll contribute, lead interventions, and grow professionally.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Graduates with a 2:1 degree or above
• Degrees in Education, Psychology, or core subjects especially valued
• Individuals with resilience, empathy and strong communication skills
• Aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, or education professionals
• This role is an ideal foundation for teacher training applications or postgraduate study.
