We are recruiting an enthusiastic Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils throughout their early learning journey in Chester.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support pupils with reading, writing, phonics and mathematics.

• Provide one-to-one and small-group learning support.

• Help teachers deliver engaging classroom activities.

• Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.

• Adapt support to meet pupils' individual learning needs.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Who We're Looking For

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, Childhood Studies or a related subject is desirable.

• A genuine interest in primary education and child development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A patient, proactive and supportive approach.

• The ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.

• Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.
