Working alongside experienced teachers and school leaders, you'll gain valuable hands-on classroom experience, develop essential teaching skills and build the confidence needed to progress into teacher training or a range of education-based careers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Deliver targeted literacy, numeracy and phonics interventions to individuals and small groups.
- Provide personalised 1:1 support to pupils who require additional guidance.
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs and help remove barriers to their learning and progress.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, resilience and independence.
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation and the creation of engaging learning resources.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive.
What We're Looking For
- A 2:1 degree or above, or be predicted to achieve one.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive and professional approach.

- The right to work full-time in the UK.
Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential. We're looking for graduates with the motivation, commitment and potential to make a genuine difference in the classroom.
