  • As a Graduate Psychology SEN Teaching Assistant – earn £465 to £520 per week

This graduate position is catered towards finding a high-aiming and empathetic individual who is willing to go above and beyond as a Graduate Psychology SEN Teaching Assistant.

As a Graduate Psychology SEN Teaching Assistant, you will not be expected to understand the ins-and-outs of how to support an SEN child in school from the get go.

Using the teachings of your degree as a base, the opportunity to work alongside experienced members of staff and partake in in-school training are set out to help you grow into an exceptional Graduate Psychology SEN Teaching Assistant.

You will play a pivotal role within the SEN team, ensuing inclusivity in the school to make sure no child is left behind. This is often achieved by working alongside a child or group of children, developing a strong relationship with them and acting as a beacon of encouragement as you ensure that they feel supported in school.
