We're looking for Psychology graduates who are ready to step into schools across Bradford and make a genuine difference, from the youngest pupils in EYFS right through to post-16 learners navigating some of the most formative years of their lives.
This is an ideal opportunity for graduates considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching, Counselling, CAMHS, Youth Work, or wider mental health and wellbeing services.
What's on Offer?

Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams, you'll help deliver tailored interventions and support strategies while drawing directly upon your Psychology knowledge to help young people regulate emotions, build resilience, develop confidence, and engage positively with their learning.
No two days are the same, making this a highly rewarding role for graduates looking to gain meaningful experience before progressing into further training or postgraduate study.

- Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Assist pupils with behavioural and learning challenges
- Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and attendance

- Support pupils with SEND, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and ADHD
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
- Monitor progress and contribute to support plans and interventions
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Act as a positive role model within the school community
Who We're Looking For
Essential
- A 2:1 degree or above in Psychology
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and young people

- Empathy, patience, and resilience
- Confidence to take initiative in a busy school environment
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience working with children or young people

- TeamTeach qualification (current or lapsed considered)
- Mentoring, coaching, tutoring, care, youth work, or behavioural support experience
