£20,000 - £25,000 (term time only)

A reputable secondary school in Wolverhampton are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable classroom experience, develop key skills and make a meaningful impact on students' academic and personal development.

The role:

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in lessons
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions
  • Assist teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Support students who require additional academic or pastoral guidance
  • Help students build confidence, resilience and independence
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community

 

The candidate:

  • Holds a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology, Education Studies, Maths, English, Science or a related subject
  • Has a genuine passion for education and supporting young people
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills
  • Is considering a future career in education or a related field
  • Has the right to work in the UK
