About the Role – Graduate SEN learning Support Assistant
In this position, you’ll work with students aged 11–18 who require tailored support to thrive academically and personally. You will assist learners with:
- Autism Spectrum Conditions
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Learning difficulties and processing needs
- Emotional and behavioural development
Responsibilities will include: Graduate SEN learning Support Assistant
- Providing individualised and small group support to students
- Helping implement education and support plans designed by SEN specialists
- Encouraging social skills, confidence, and academic progression
- Supporting teachers in delivering inclusive and accessible lessons
- Contributing to a positive, structured, and student-focused environment
What We’re Looking For Graduate SEN learning Support Assistant
We are looking for graduates who are:
- Passionate about inclusive education and youth development
- Calm, patient, and excellent communicators
- Hold a 2:1 degree or above in any subject (Psychology or Education is desirable)
- Experienced in working with young people through mentoring, tutoring, volunteering, or similar roles
