We are seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Birmingham. In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role, you’ll work closely with children with a range of learning needs, helping tailor lesson plans, and contributing to a positive, engaging atmosphere where all students feel valued and encouraged.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with lesson delivery, ensuring that each student receives tailored support.
- Work one-on-one with children who need additional help, providing guidance and encouragement.
- Help implement strategies to promote inclusion and keep students engaged.
- Foster a positive, supportive environment that encourages a love for learning.
- Monitor students' progress, offering feedback to teachers and tracking their development.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant Key Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, or similar).
- A passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs.
- Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
- A genuine desire to pursue a career in education, particularly in the SEN sector.
