The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Work full-time on a long-term basis, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Earn up to £550 per week while gaining invaluable classroom experience
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, and emotional regulation difficulties
- Help adapt classroom activities to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with class teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists to deliver effective interventions and track progress
- Play an active role in creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
About You – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a graduate who: - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
- Holds a 2:1 degree or higher in any subject (Psychology, Education, or Child Development backgrounds especially welcome)
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with young children
- Has previous experience working with children, whether in schools, nurseries, youth programmes, or voluntary settings
- Is enthusiastic about learning and professional development in the education sector
