Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Support Young Learners in a Warm and Inclusive Ealing Primary

The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Work full-time on a long-term basis, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Earn up to £550 per week while gaining invaluable classroom experience
  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, and emotional regulation difficulties
  • Help adapt classroom activities to meet diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with class teachers, the SENCO, and external specialists to deliver effective interventions and track progress
  • Play an active role in creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment

About You – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a graduate who: - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Holds a 2:1 degree or higher in any subject (Psychology, Education, or Child Development backgrounds especially welcome)
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Is patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with young children
  • Has previous experience working with children, whether in schools, nurseries, youth programmes, or voluntary settings
  • Is enthusiastic about learning and professional development in the education sector
