The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

Working alongside experienced teachers and SEN specialists, you’ll:

• Support pupils in Key Stage 1 and 2 with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and SEMH.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping children access learning in a way that works for them.
• Encourage pupils to grow in confidence, independence, and resilience – both in the classroom and beyond.
• Play a vital role in creating the inclusive, nurturing environment Willow Grove is known for.

About You - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

We’re looking for someone who is: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

• A graduate with a 2:1 or higher (Psychology, Education, or related degrees especially welcome).
• Patient, adaptable, and resilient – with a genuine desire to support children with additional needs.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Experienced with children or SEN (through school, youth work, or care) – though this is not essential.
• Able to work in the UK (unfortunately, sponsorship is not available).
