About You :

• 2:1 degree or above in Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology, Linguistics, Education or a related field
• Strong interest in supporting children with communication needs
• Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience working with children is desirable but not essential (full training provided)

About The Role : As a Graduate Speech & Language Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with SLCN on a 1:1 & small group basis
• Assist in delivering targeted speech and language interventions
• Help students develop communication, social and emotional skills
• Work closely with teaching staff and external specialists
• Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
