About You :
- 2:1 degree or above in Speech & Language Therapy, Psychology, Linguistics, Education or a related field
- Strong interest in supporting children with communication needs
- Patient, empathetic and adaptable approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience working with children is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
About The Role : As a Graduate Speech & Language Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with SLCN on a 1:1 & small group basis
- Assist in delivering targeted speech and language interventions
- Help students develop communication, social and emotional skills
- Work closely with teaching staff and external specialists
- Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
