Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – The Role
- Full-time, long-term Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant position
- Earn up to £550 per week
- Sociable working hours between 8 – 4, Mon/Fri
- Term-time only – September 2025 start (earlier start considered)
- Support Maths and Science lessons, especially at GCSE level
- Provide tailored academic support to students in class or in small-group interventions
- Assist teachers in preparing engaging and accessible learning resources
- Help monitor student progress and encourage academic growth
Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – Candidate Profile
- A 2:1 or above in a STEM-related degree (Maths or Physics preferred)
- Strong academic background, especially in Maths and/or Science
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to learning
- Any previous tutoring, mentoring, or classroom experience is a plus
- Passionate about education and working with young people
