Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – Candidate Profile

• A 2:1 or higher degree in a STEM subject (Maths, Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Confidence to support students with complex STEM topics at GCSE and A-Level
• Prior experience in tutoring or education is a bonus but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring young people
