More about the role:

You will be responsible for providing tailored support in subjects such as maths, English and science. Making lessons fun and engaging for pupils because learning should be fun from the preparation to the delivery and engagement. Maintaining an encouraging and positive environment is what it’s all about, from the full classrooms to the smaller intervention groups needing that extra bit off 1-1 support. This is about building that strong foundation in teaching, giving the pupils the right tools to progress and flourish. Do you have the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage children in their learning?

The right Candidate:

• Able to adapt to different environments while maintaining an enthusiastic, resilient attitude
• Hold a degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths, or a related field).
• Strong communication skills and confidence throughout teaching
• Motivated and eager to learn from experienced teachers in the classroom and take feedback
• Passion for teaching and installing education into pupils in creative ways
• Looking to progress in your teaching career
