Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant

• Full-time, term-time role: Working Monday - Friday, 32.5 hours per week
• Competitive Pay : Up to £560 per week
• Secondary school is based in Manchester with excellent transport links
• Support pupils across KS3 & KS4 in Maths, Science, Engineering and Computing
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to boost understanding and attainment
• Work alongside experienced classroom practitioners in a dynamic STEM environment
• Ideal experience for Teacher Training applications or STEM-related careers
• Learn from outstanding classroom practitioners in dynamic STEM departments
• Interviewing immediately

This role offers the opportunity to support students both in the classroom and in smaller intervention settings, helping them tackle challenging content, build confidence, and develop a love of learning in STEM subjects. You’ll work closely with experienced teachers to deliver targeted support, monitor progress, and adapt your approach to meet individual student needs, giving you hands-on experience in a professional educational setting.
