As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to provide academic and pastoral support to pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4. You may support in a range of subjects depending on your degree background, help to lead small-group interventions, and provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs or those at risk of disengagement.
