The Role – Graduate Teaching Assistant

- Support pupils aged 4–11 in Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2

- Build practical classroom experience alongside experienced educators
What We’re Looking For - Graduate Teaching Assistant
We’re seeking motivated, proactive graduates who are committed to making a difference in young learners’ lives. You should have:
- A 2:1 degree or above (Education, Psychology, or English are particularly desirable)
- A strong interest in child development and educational support
- A confident, approachable and patient personality
- Some experience working with children or young people – this could be through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or coaching
