The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across your subject specialism (Maths, English, Science, Humanities, or similar)
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to raise attainment
• Assist teachers in planning, preparation, and lesson delivery
• Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment
• Gain valuable classroom experience to prepare for teacher training

You will play a key role in supporting both students and staff, making a real difference to learning outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• A 2:1 or above in any subject (core subjects preferred but not essential)
• A genuine passion for education and working with young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
