The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across your subject specialism (Maths, English, Science, Humanities, or similar)
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to raise attainment
- Assist teachers in planning, preparation, and lesson delivery
- Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment
- Gain valuable classroom experience to prepare for teacher training
You will play a key role in supporting both students and staff, making a real difference to learning outcomes.

- A 2:1 or above in any subject (core subjects preferred but not essential)
