About the Role:


As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work across your subject specialism supporting students in lessons and through targeted interventions. You will play a key role in raising attainment, boosting confidence, and supporting classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group academic support to students
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons
  • Support pupils in achieving strong GCSE outcomes (grades 5–9)
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Work closely with staff to track and support student progress

What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:1 or First-Class degree in any subject
  • A genuine interest in education and working with young people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude
  • Previous experience with students (desirable but not essential)
