The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students in and out of the classroom

Work closely with teachers to raise attainment

Provide targeted interventions and academic support

Help create a positive and engaging learning environment

Gain hands-on experience within a secondary school setting
What We’re Looking For

A university graduate (2:2 or above preferred)
-
Passionate about working with young people
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Positive, proactive, and professional attitude
-
Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
