Graduate Teaching Assistant — Now Interviewing for September | Leeds Secondary School | Full-time, Term-time only

Are you a recent graduate ready to make a real difference in the classroom? KPI Education is partnering with a leading, inclusive Leeds secondary school to recruit several Graduate Teaching Assistants — ideal for those exploring careers in teaching, educational psychology, or wider education-focused fields.

Key Details

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm, term-time only
  • Earn up to £560 per week
  • Start date available ASAP or from September 2025, running until July 2027 with strong potential to continue or progress
  • Well connected to Leeds city centre by public transport

What You'll Do

  • Provide in-class support, small-group interventions, and 1:1 academic and pastoral guidance
  • Work across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and more
  • Become part of a collaborative, forward-thinking school community
  • Progress into Teacher Training via in-house routes available from September 2027

What We're Looking For

  • A 2:1 degree or higher in a core subject or related discipline
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
  • Previous experience with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
