Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum

KPI Education is working with a group of secondary schools across Richmond who are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates to join their teaching support teams for the new academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering teacher training, PGCE, QTS or a long-term career in education.

We are particularly interested in graduates with degrees in English, Maths, Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, Geography, Religious Studies or other Humanities subjects.

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Role

• Support students across KS3 and KS4
• Provide 1:1 and small-group academic support
• Deliver subject-specific intervention sessions
• Support students preparing for GCSE examinations
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Help students improve confidence, engagement and attainment
• Work alongside experienced teachers and senior leaders
• Gain valuable experience before progressing into teacher training

We are looking for graduates with:

• A 2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject (2:2 considered with strong experience)
• A genuine passion for education and working with young people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong academic knowledge in your chosen subject
• An ambition to progress into teaching
• The right to work in the UK
