KPI Education is working with ambitious and high-performing secondary schools across Wandsworth, offering exceptional graduates the opportunity to gain meaningful classroom experience from September 2026.

We are particularly interested in graduates from English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, Geography, Religious Studies and other Humanities disciplines who are passionate about working with young people and want to make a genuine impact in the classroom.

Build Your Route Into Teaching

Throughout the academic year, you will gain hands-on experience across KS3 and KS4, supporting students within your specialist subject and developing a real understanding of teaching and learning.

You will have the opportunity to support lessons, deliver small-group interventions, work with students on a 1:1 basis and learn directly from experienced classroom teachers.

For graduates who demonstrate the right skills, commitment and passion for education, the role can provide a strong foundation for teacher training from September 2027.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate strong academic achievement, ideally from Oxbridge or a Russell Group university, alongside excellent GCSE and A-Level results.

You should have a genuine interest in education, strong communication skills, confidence working with young people and a clear ambition to explore teaching as a long-term career.

A 2:1 degree or above is preferred, with strong 2:2 graduates considered where they can demonstrate relevant experience and academic strength.

You must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, sponsorship is unavailable.
