About the role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support classroom learning across KS1-2
- Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Assist with literacy, numeracy and classroom activities
- Supporting students with additional learning needs
- Help monitor student progress and engagement and provide feedback to teachers
What are we looking for?
- 2:1 degree or higher in Education, Psychology, English, Maths or a related subject from a leading university
- A passion for education and child development
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- An aspiration to gain experience in preparation for teacher training
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
