What will you be doing?

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children and young people who have a range of additional learning needs.

You will provide both 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils engage with learning, develop their communication and build confidence and independence.

You will also support teachers and specialist professionals with individual learning strategies, interventions and approaches designed around each pupil's needs.

No two days will be exactly the same, making this an excellent opportunity to develop a genuine understanding of SEN education.

Who should apply?

Previous school experience would be beneficial, but it isn't essential.
