We are recruiting on behalf of an Outstanding, high-achieving primary school seeking a talented and driven Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious graduates considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or child development.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2, both in class and in small intervention groups
  • Providing targeted support for children with additional learning needs, including SEN
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Helping to monitor pupil progress and adapt support strategies accordingly
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Russell Group degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field
  • Degree must have been completed in the UK
  • Full right to work in the UK (essential)
  • A strong academic background and passion for education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and resilient approach
  • Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable)
