Role Overview
As a Graduate Teaching Support Mentor, you will:
- Support teachers in classrooms across a variety of subjects
- Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions to boost student confidence and attainment
- Assist students with GCSE and A-Level preparation, exam strategies, and revision
- Help with lesson resources, classroom organisation, and practical activities
- Act as a role model, inspiring students to achieve their full potential
- Observe teaching techniques and gain insight into classroom management
