Location: London (various boroughs)
Pay: £25,000 – £30,000 (term-time only)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time

Role Overview

As a Graduate Teaching Support Mentor, you will:

  • Support teachers in classrooms across a variety of subjects
  • Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions to boost student confidence and attainment
  • Assist students with GCSE and A-Level preparation, exam strategies, and revision
  • Help with lesson resources, classroom organisation, and practical activities
  • Act as a role model, inspiring students to achieve their full potential
  • Observe teaching techniques and gain insight into classroom management
