KPI Education is working in partnership with a top-tier London school to recruit motivated and academically strong graduates for its Graduate Trainee Teacher programme, starting in September 2025 or 2026. This opportunity offers a structured route into teaching, combining full-time classroom experience with expert mentoring and accredited training.

About the Role

As a Graduate Trainee Teacher, you will begin by supporting experienced teachers in the classroom while gradually taking on more responsibility as your training progresses. The school’s comprehensive programme allows you to develop key teaching skills and subject knowledge while working towards fully qualified teacher status (QTS) or a PGCE through a salaried or school-based route.

You will be immersed in school life from day one, gaining the skills, confidence and experience needed to become an outstanding educator.

Candidate Profile

  • A graduate (or graduating in 2025 or 2026) with a 2:1 degree or higher preferred

  • Resilience, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to learning
