KPI Education is working in partnership with a number of exceptional secondary schools and Multi Academy Trusts across London to recruit ambitious graduates for their Graduate Trainee Teacher Programme starting in September 2026.
This opportunity has been specifically designed for graduates in English, Mathematics, Science, Modern Foreign Languages, Geography, and History who are passionate about education and eager to explore a long-term career in teaching.
Rather than heading straight into formal teacher training, successful candidates will spend the academic year developing their classroom expertise, building confidence, and gaining invaluable practical experience before progressing onto a salaried teacher training pathway.

Your Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee Teacher, you will:
- Support teaching and learning within your specialist subject
- Deliver small-group interventions and academic support sessions
- Work alongside experienced classroom practitioners
- Develop behaviour management and lesson delivery skills
- Assist with curriculum planning and resource preparation
- Build positive relationships with students and families
- Gradually take on greater classroom responsibility throughout the year

Candidate Requirements
- A 2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ambition to pursue a long-term teaching career
Previous school experience is welcomed but not essential.
