Who Are We Looking For?

We're particularly interested in graduates from:

Mathematics | Physics | Chemistry | Biology | Engineering | Natural Sciences | Biochemistry | Biomedical Sciences | and related STEM disciplines

A 2:1 or First-Class degree is highly desirable, alongside a strong academic background and excellent subject knowledge.

You don't need to arrive as a finished teacher.

You do need the communication skills, resilience, enthusiasm and ambition required to become one.

You'll be expected to engage young people, explain challenging concepts clearly and demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping pupils achieve academically.
