About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team in Stafford!
The business is a leader in the Manufacturing industry with over 250 employees worldwide. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a passionate Graphic Designer to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Here’s What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Duties will include:
- Produce highly creative and accurate digital static graphics
- Produce engaging motion graphics
- Responsible for graphic design across all channels, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production and delivery.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team on all creative projects.
- Work on graphic development, following the company’s brand identity standards and guidelines.
- Interpret project needs and develop concepts to suit specific guidelines while working within budget constraints. Provide accurate time and cost estimates for each tactic.
- Present design work at various stages to stakeholders for review and final approval.

As a talented graphic and motion designer, you will bring experience, passion, and fresh perspective to all project briefs.
Key Skills:
- Excellent MAC/PC skills with a high proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite – Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, inDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, PremierPro
- Degree level in Graphic Design (or equivalent)
- Experience in graphic animation work and Adobe After Effects
- Whilst it is not essential that you have web design experience, if you are able to demonstrate skills in this area, it may aid your application.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced marketing environments
- Clear organisational and time management skills
- Remain up to date with the latest trends, techniques and software
