Head of Residential Property | Chester

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Head of Residential Property to join its Chester office following a restructure within the business.

The role has been created to allow the Managing Director to focus more closely on the operational and strategic direction of the business, whilst continuing to provide strong support to the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong residential property professional with previous management experience to take a key leadership role within the conveyancing team.

The successful candidate will be a supportive and solutions-focused individual, providing technical guidance, leadership and day-to-day support to the team, helping colleagues overcome challenges and ensuring the department continues to deliver a high-quality service.
