HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR | PRESTON BROOK | PERMANENT | £25,000 to £28,000 DOE
Permanent - Fully Office Based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our well-established client based in the Runcorn area.
You will be joining a collaborative team, working closely with the business development and account management teams, to support with the coordination of client contract requirements.
Shift based rota: Monday to Friday 7am – 3:30pm / 8am – 4:30pm / 8:30am – 5pm / 9:30 – 6pm
Working 1 in 10 Saturdays, 8am – 12pm (one day off in the week)

You will be…
- Handling a variety of incoming calls from business customers to raise new work orders or discuss existing requirements
- Handling a variety of incoming emails with queries
- Allocating work orders using a ticket system
- Determining and diagnosing faults first time by asking the right questions and allocating to the correct engineer for attendance or contract manager for quotations
- Ensuring jobs are attended to within correct timescales
- Ensuring all job technical details are recorded accurately to support first-visit access and fix for engineers and customers where possible
- Providing customers with updates on outstanding repairs
- Managing all notes effectively, including unscheduled tasks
- Communicating daily with engineers to support efficient completion of jobs during their day and requesting attendance for callouts
- Closing down jobs accurately for invoicing
- Logging complaints, compliments, and dissatisfaction, ensuring that detailed information reaches the correct person
You will have…
- Must have full driving licence and own vehicle – due to the location of the offices
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Previous experience within in data entry, administration and scheduling
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Experience handling complaints
