Duties:
HELPDESK ADVISOR | ROCHDALE | FULL TIME, PERMANENT
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm – Fully office based
£26,000 per annum – increases with length of service
KPI Recruiting are proud to be working with our long-standing client who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Helpdesk Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will be…
- Acting as first point of contact via telephone and email for assigned clients
- Providing comprehensive support to clients, identifying issues
- Keeping clients updated to ensure service levels are maintained
- Working closely with technical departments to troubleshoot account issues
The successful candidate will have…
- Previous experience working in a helpdesk / office-based customer service role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to navigate systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Experience in E-commerce software is highly desirable
