SHEQ Advisor
Midlands & South (Field-Based)
£35,000 – £40,000 DOE + Company Van

An established facilities and outdoor service organisation is looking to recruit a Regional SHEQ Advisor to support operational teams across multiple sites in the Midlands and South.

This role is mainly field-based, with around four days a week spent visiting sites and one day working from home completing reports and admin

The role would suit someone who enjoys being out in the field, engaging with site teams and driving strong safety standards across multiple locations.

The Role

• Visiting operational sites across the region to carry out health, safety and environmental inspections
• Working closely with site teams and subcontractors to maintain high safety standards
• Supporting investigations into incidents, accidents and near misses
• Producing clear reports and documentation following site visits
• Providing practical advice and guidance on H&S compliance and best practice
• Promoting a positive safety culture across multiple projects
• Supporting wider SHEQ processes, systems and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH General Certificate / Level 3 Health and Safety
• Previous experience within a SHEQ / Health & Safety role
• Experience working across multiple sites or operational environments
• Strong report writing and documentation skills
• Confident engaging with operational teams and site staff
• Good IT and administrative skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel regularly

Desirable

• Exposure to ISO standards or management systems
• Environmental compliance experience
